WHERE, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”), whose main business is the providing applications and data analytics on EXBeacon Platform, recognizes that protecting all information assets held by the Company, including information entrusted to us by our customers, is an important social responsibility. In order to ensure that customers can use the EXBeacon Platform with confidence, the Company hereby establishes and operates the following Information Security Policy.
The Company will comply with all laws, governmental guidelines, and other standards related to information security.
The Company will appoint an Information Security Manager and establish an Information Security Committee to maintain an effective information security management structure.
The Company will accurately assess security-related conditions across the organization, maintain a response framework for security incidents, and promote this Policy through necessary measures.
The Company will maintain internal regulations related to information security and ensure that they are fully communicated within the organization.
These regulations will be reviewed and updated in response to changes in the business environment, social or technological advancements, and amendments to applicable laws and regulations.
The Company is committed to ensuring that all employees understand the importance of information security.
The Company will provide the education and training necessary for the proper handling and management of information assets.
The Company will handle all information assets entrusted to us—including collected data, registration information, and aggregated statistical information—securely and appropriately.
We will apply Security by Design throughout all service development processes.
Based on risk assessments—including those involving external cloud services and subcontractors—we will provide secure services and will continuously improve our security measures.
In the event of a security incident, accident, or early signs thereof, the Company will act promptly to minimize the impact and will implement appropriate measures to prevent recurrence.
The Company will regularly evaluate the effectiveness of the above activities and will continually improve this Policy in accordance with laws, regulations, and evolving technologies.
